Language testing is an assessment process used to determine language proficiency levels. It is developed based on the needs of the company, considering the field of activity of the professional being evaluated. Hippo also provides a report that identifies strengths and skills that need to be developed. All data is stored and made available to the company, allowing Human Resources to monitor trends over time.
